For over 15 years we’ve been providing the pen-to-plate barbeque experience you’ve come to love on the corner of 15 anf buffalo street in Warsaw, Indiana. Due to popular demand, we increased our hours from 8am to 4pm. Come on out and enjoy the best BBQ on the planet. We won’t pork fun at anyone for wanting seconds.

I have been eating this yummy BBQ for years! My personal favorites have changed over the years but there is not one item on the menu that I do not like. Steve Sands and his gang always take great care of us. We have used him several times for private events and it is always a hit!
Everything on the menu is really good. The ribs have to be the best ribs I’ve ever had. I can’t get ribs anywhere else now without comparing them to these. Seriously excellent food.

I’ve been enjoying Steve’s absolutely delicious bbq for well over a decade. Everything on the menu is off the hook delicious!! It’s honestly hard to say what is my favorite.. the ribs, chops, chicken, brisket, rip tips, tenderloins, pulled pork are all outstanding and I guarantee it’s some of the best bbq you’ve ever had the privilege of chowing down on… also don’t forget to try his out of this world homemade sides to go with your pork!! He definitely has the BEST potato salad I’ve ever had. For some out of this world bbq, stop in and see Steve and try some of his scrumptious bbq!!

Mr. Waltz should take a hike!!! Obviously he has no idea what good cooking is, or what it is like to work a hot grill. I used to run the kitchen at a Texas Roadhouse, and I understand how picky people can be about clean service.
The Big Boss uses a towel to wipe sweat, and heat safety gloves to protect his hands from the intense flames that sear the flavors into his food, which is deliciously cooked to perfection.
Every year I visit my mother from out of town, I stand by to watch this hard working master at work. He has never used anything less than gloves and tongs to serve the masses that all gather in line to enjoy.
The price is more than fare for the quantity and the quality of everything he sells. I can’t say enough about the ribs which my whole family loves. The rub is the perfect balance of sweet with a perfectly caramelized finish. I have hade many others that were too saucy, too fatty, and lacked the attention to detail you will find here!
